Every life is a story. We are each the hero of our own story. Daily we are faced with challenges and decisions. Some of us are better at navigating the challenges and making thoughtful decisions than others. My role, as a therapist (LCSW 93642), is to support those who need it to navigate challenges that may seem daunting. I want to help you identify and access the tools that allow you to live life heroically, and in a way that is wholesome and healthy. It is a role that I am passionate about. My approach is person-centered and collaborative. I will work with you to create individualized goals, and will diligently engage with you as you pursue them. In my spare time and for self-care, I enjoy traveling, reading biographies and anything related to history.
