Have been licensed (MFC 42964) since 2006 as a Marriage and Family Therapist with experience in treating children, adolescents, adults and couples. My therapeutic style is an eclectic approach based on the individual needs of my clients, utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, DBT, Attachment Theories and Client-Centered Therapy. Drawing on this wide spectrum of approaches allows me to tailor therapy to meet the specific needs of each individual, based on their unique needs, goals and background.I specialize in treating attachment issues, anxiety/depression and trauma. My therapeutic goal is for clients to  gain self-awareness, develop healthier relationships with themselves and others, and try new strategies to get their needs met in an effective way. I strive to facilitate a safe space where they can be their authentic self.
