La Tisha

Lintag

Hi! My name is La Tisha, and I am a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT 133780). Five years ago, I decided to pursue what I felt was my life's purposes and went back to grad school to begin the journey to becoming a mental health therapist. My clinical experience ranges from group private practice, school based mental health, managed care setting, to collegiate level counseling and therapy services. I often share with my clients; we are lemonade makers learning how to make the best lemonade with all the lemons life throws us. It is through the therapeutic process; one can learn how to develop coping skills and cultivate intention in navigating life with psychological flexibility.
