Teran began her mental health career in 2005 as a Child Welfare Caseworker in Columbus, OH and spans over 15 years as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW  89934 CA), clinical administrator, addiction specialist Psychotherapist, and works in Organizational Development Psychology within the private, government, and non-profit sectors. With over 11 years of experience in federal healthcare. Dr. Teran expand her clinical reach within the Los Angeles County by opening up a private practice in Downtown Los Angeles to civilian workforce populations.Dr. Teran provides an eclectic approach in caring for adult clients by incorporating a person-centered and solution-focused psychotherapy approach with cognitive behavioral therapy techniques. While fostering a Whole Health and integrative model of care, she aims to incorporate elements of the mind, body, and spiritual health needs for all those seeking work-life balance.
